Shipping & Delivery

Please note all pieces are handmade and shipped from Colombia.

Please allow 1-4 business days to process and pack your order. 

We will deliver the products to the address you provide. Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
  • All pieces are made by hand with lots of love, care and time! Pieces may appear differently from the items shown online.
  • Lost Packages: If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Returns

Once the order payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled. You can change your purchase for another item that is available in the store before it has been delivered. We strongly suggest reviewing the measurements and scale of our products prior to your purchase.

All personalized or discounted items are for final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Gift certificates are not refundable. Pájara Pinta reserves the right to refuse, according to its discretion, the exchange of any merchandise that does not meet these requirements.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at info@pajarapinta.co and include:

– Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
– Name on the order.
– Email address on the order.
– Your request or explanation.
– A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item.

The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly showing. We will use this information to best help you with your return.

Once your return is authorized and the product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Important Notes:

  • If you decide to return an item, you will be responsible for covering the corresponding shipping and handling costs. In cases where a product is deemed defective, Pájara Pinta shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange.
  • Please note that general wear and tear, including but not limited to, the fading of colors and breakdown of materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect.

Product Care

  • Leather: To keep the leather trimmings of your product in optimal conditions you can apply wax, balm or natural leather oil without alcohol. They all have different effects, so please apply first in a small corner.
  • Fabric: It can be cleaned gently with warm water and a mild soap. Try not to expose your product to rain for long periods of time. If the product gets wet, remove excess moisture and then allow it to dry naturally at room temperature.
  • Jewelry: Avoid direct contact with water, creams and perfumes. If they do tarnish just use a jewelry cloth to rub it clean.

We recommend avoiding high humidity, rain and prolonged direct exposure to sunlight.

Payment

We currently accept payments via PayPal, PayU and/or Bancolombia’s electronic transfer. If you wish to make an electronic transfer, please contact us at info@pajarapinta.co to get the bank account information. PayU accepts the following payment methods:

  • PSE
  • Cash: SuRed, Efecty, Baloto
  • Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diner, Codensa
  • Bank Deposit: Davivienda, Banco de Bogotá, Grupo AVAL, Bancolombia

Notes:

*If the client decides to pay through the PayPal platform, the latter will be in charge of handling personal and credit information. The client accepts beforehand that, upon paying through PayPal, their information will be handled according to the General Terms and Conditions for use of PayPal published on the 28th of April 2020.
